As an Employer, you must:

A established employer in good financial standing in B.C.

To provide full-time, indeterminate (permanent or with no set end date) employment

Present history of good workplace and business practices

To sign an employer declaration

To Comply domestic labor market recruitment requirements, where ever applicable

To make you a full-time, indeterminate job offer

To offer a wage in line with industry standards & norms
Employer responsibilities
Apart from above mentioned requirements, your employer must:

Issue you a written job offer letter

To complete all the employer sections of the application forms

To notify the BC PNP immediately if any changes in your employment status. including promotion/termination; if you have been laid off or on extended leave; or if the business has closed/changed ownership.
